30 Days of Tales Day 1: Favorite Game

Can we take a moment to just appreciate the tales of franchise overall…? Ok..done.

To start off with my 30 days, I wanna say that my favorite game would have to be Tales of the Abyss.

Sure, you have all those games like Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Vesperia, and Tales of Innocence. But none of them seemed to catch me like Tales of the Abyss did. Tales of the Abyss just had so much meaning to it, think about it : Discover the meaning of life. It’s a concept that not a lot of us understand but Tales of the Abyss really got the concept and I don’t think any other game could do it so adequately. 

All of the characters had so much depth to them. They even had their own enemy that they had some sort of connection to. Luke to Van and Asch, Tear to Legretta and Van, Natalia to Largo, Anise to Arietta, Jade to Dist, and even Guy/Ion (its debatable about Guy) to Sync. Each of the characters had so much meaning to them and every part of the way I always felt tears. Sure we do have those games like Graces that teaches us the strength to protect but overall, I think that Tales of the Abyss is best by far.

Ya, all the Tales of franchise is amazing and all the characters have a place in my heart but Tales of the Abyss has to be my favorite.

My band teacher insulted me today…I did NOT trace those drawings 

I mean he was joking but it sounded like he meant it at first…

Anyway! in case you guys haven’t seen the drawings you can see em here. But I was wondering who I should draw next…Cheria? Or maybe Sophie?

Or Pascal? Maybe she’s too hard…

Or some other girl from some other Tales Game? Or maybe even Lacie from Pandora Hearts? Will it even turn out good?

Either way, I want to work up to be able to draw guys like Lloyd and Spada!
